Four of the children are nasty brats who are punished by Willie Wonka with various diabolical, but funny, methods. Only Charlie, a likeable child, wins the heart of the manufacturer.

Description
Gordon, an offbeat mailman, never met a dog he couldn't handle. That is until he offers to watch a neighbors young son, James. Together, Gordon and James befriend an FBI crime-fighting superdog, "Agent 11" (whom they name "Spot"), who is hiding from the mob. Gordon, James and "Spot" save the day by rescuing an FBI agent, who has been caught by the mob boss.
